Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehab techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, progress, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest PT techniques and best practices to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide emotional and motivational support to patients throughout their recovery journey.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience with sports injuries, post-operative rehab, or chronic pain management preferred
