Job Description

Overview
As a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner, you will support both HelloDose and IVDrips in delivering exceptional, concierge-level care across our weight loss and IV therapy programs. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership, communication, and patient engagement. You will serve not only as a trusted clinician but also as a medical face of the brand—educating clients, guiding care teams, and helping grow our wellness offerings through strong connection and clinical integrity.


Time Commitment – Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • Core Schedule: 2 full days/week (8–10 hours/day)

  • Off-Day Availability: 3 additional hours/week for urgent questions, time-sensitive client issues, or team escalations

  • Total Weekly Commitment: 19–23 hours
    This structure ensures clients receive responsive, high-quality care—without waiting days for answers.


Primary ResponsibilitiesHelloDose – Weight Loss Program
  • Conduct virtual consultations for patients using GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)

  • Review medical histories and determine patient eligibility

  • Educate patients on medication use, titration, expectations, and side effects

  • Manage titration schedules and address any side effects in accordance with clinical protocol

  • Apply the DROP Method™ to support behavioral change and adherence

  • Provide motivational coaching to maintain patient engagement and improve retention (target: 6+ months)

  • Help convert interested prospects and upsell transitions between plans where clinically appropriate

  • Document all interactions and medical decisions in the EMR system

IVDrips – IV Therapy Services
  • Conduct timely medical clearances, including urgent or same-day reviews

  • Provide virtual consults and promote service upgrades (IV packages, add-ons, etc.)

  • Conduct or review blood draws and glucose monitoring where appropriate

  • Maintain clinical documentation for compliance and care coordination

  • Mentor and support onboarding for new NPs as the team grows


Marketing, Leadership & Community Engagement
  • Host 2 weekly virtual group sessions (morning & evening) to connect with patients and promote community

  • Record short-form Instagram videos, webinars, or educational content

  • Be a visible and credible face of our medical expertise online and during client touchpoints

  • Lead with heart: support, inspire, and guide fellow NPs and nurses as a respected clinical leader


Communication & Technology
  • Use EMR and company-approved tools (e.g., Zoom, Zenoti/Vagaro, Acuity, HubSpot)

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across email, Zoom, and internal platforms

  • Coordinate seamlessly with nursing, admin, and operational teams to ensure continuity of care


Compliance & Professional Standards
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA and patient privacy standards

  • Follow HelloDose and IVDrips clinical protocols and procedures

  • Maintain active Nurse Practitioner licensure in relevant states

    • A New York NP license is preferred. If not currently licensed in New York, candidates must be willing to obtain licensure within 30–45 days of their start date

  • Provide proof of malpractice insurance upon request
