Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Caregiver looking for a unique opportunity that blends hands-on patient care with office-based administrative tasks? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our growing team in a hybrid role that combines both in-home caregiving and office support.

Position Overview:

This dual-role position is perfect for a CNA/caregiver who enjoys working directly with clients in their homes while also contributing to the coordination and operations of a home health agency. You'll split your time between fieldwork (providing care to clients) and office work (handling scheduling, client support, and administrative duties).

Key Responsibilities:

Field Duties (Home Health Care):

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility).
• Monitor client conditions and report any changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Office Duties (Administrative & Coordination):

• Assist with caregiver scheduling, ensuring proper coverage for client needs.
• Communicate with clients and families to address concerns and coordinate care.
• Maintain electronic health records and update client information as needed.
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new caregivers.
• Assist with quality assurance and compliance with home health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (or relevant caregiving experience).
• Previous experience in home health, caregiving, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable with basic computer applications and electronic health records.
• Reliable transportation for field visits.
