Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately by verifying prescriptions, understanding drug interactions, and educating patients on the proper use of their medications.
• Provide expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding drug therapies, helping to optimize treatment plans that align with patient-specific conditions.
• Participate in rounds with the healthcare team, providing valuable insights on medication regimens, adverse effects, and therapeutic adjustments that can enhance patient care.
• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Review medication orders, coordinate inventory management, and assess the need for medication restocking to maintain optimal pharmacy operations.
• Utilize advanced pharmacy technology and computer systems for managing prescriptions, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will significantly impact our patient population, which includes a broad spectrum of ages and health conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active pharmacist license in the state of Florida is required.

• Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary range between USD 130,000 to 150,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
