Were hiring a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire role in a busy long-term care pharmacy setting in Foxborough. This is an excellent opportunity for techs looking to transition into a stable evening schedule within a fast-moving, team-oriented pharmacy environment.

About the Role:
As part of the pharmacy operations team, youll assist in preparing and packaging medications for long-term care facilities, help maintain accurate inventory, and ensure all medications are properly labeled and tracked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and prepare medications (e.g., blister packs, unit-dose) for delivery

• Receive, restock, and monitor inventory with attention to expiration dates

• Keep detailed and accurate records for patients and medications

• Operate within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Shift Options:

• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

• Weekends: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (1 weekend per month required)

• Open to reviewing candidates interested in alternate shift availability

Requirements:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license

• National certification (PTCB) is required

• Previous pharmacy experience is a must

• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume setting

• Willingness to learn Frameworks software (training provided)

Pharmacy Volume: ~600 prescriptions/day
