Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Setting

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Ashburn, Virginia 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing network of outpatient clinics across Virginia. The ideal candidate is committed to improving patient outcomes, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Administer modalities (ultrasound, e-stim, etc.) as needed
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising PT
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sessions
• Maintain a safe and supportive clinical environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Virginia
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab experience is a plus, but not required
