Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Beaverton , Oregon
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a PTA on our team, you’ll work under the direction and supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises and functional tasks, and be a crucial part of their healing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective care as directed by the supervising PT
- Monitor patient progress and provide real-time feedback to both patients and therapists
- Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and equipment usage
- Document patient performance and collaborate on plan modifications
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
- Provide motivation, education, and encouragement to support patient engagement and success
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Oregon
- 1+ year of experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab preferred (new grads welcome to apply with strong clinical experience)
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques and manual therapy assistance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team-first mindset and a proactive, problem-solving approach
