Support Recovery as a Physical Therapist Assistant!

Are you excited about the chance to help others regain their strength and independence? We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team! You’ll work closely with residents and their families to implement rehabilitation plans that inspire recovery and well-being.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

In This Role, You Will:

• Partner with Physical Therapists to assess residents’ physical abilities and create effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Execute treatment plans that focus on improving strength, mobility, and quality of life.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress while providing support and encouragement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's needs.
• Educate families on home exercises to help maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Adhere to all professional standards and regulations to ensure exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Must have AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Currently active PTA state license
• Must have 2 years of experience in orthopedic.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
