Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapies while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Monitor and document patient progress, communicating changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient treatments in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic patient care.
• Follow all safety and infection control measures diligently.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington.
• Preferred 2 years of clinical experience in a related setting.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and a commitment to patient care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
