Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating residents’ physical abilities.
• Implement tailored treatment plans for strength and mobility.
• Monitor progress and report to the supervising PT.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs.

Requirements:

• AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
• Valid PTA state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in an orthopedic setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Compassionate patient care and strong communication skills.
