Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist, focusing on each patient’s unique situation.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual techniques that foster recovery and mobility.
• Keep accurate records of patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding any changes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families on effective home care strategies.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and standards in the field.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (AAS).
• Active PTA state license.
• Two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• A compassionate approach and strong communication skills for engaging with patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
