Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy is a family based practice with an emphasis on sports medicine. Originally opened in 1997, we now have 4 locations throughout the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Our mission is to treat as many people as possible without the use of unnecessary drugs or surgery. Our multi-disciplinary approach addresses the structural as well as the functional issues of our patients. We combine chiropractic treatment with physical therapy, massage therapy and athletic training.

This post is for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Candidate must have an active Illinois license. The ideal PTA for this position is an outgoing, passionate person that works well within a team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Progressing patient’s plan of treatment that has been established by the physical therapist
• Frequent communication with supervising PT regarding appropriate treatment plan, follow-up appointments and potential discharge for patients
• Document all treatment in patient charts and complete all written communication in a timely manner: progress notes, daily S.O.A.P notes and discharge summaries
