Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Join our patient-centered team at a leading rehabilitation clinic in Virginia, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their healing journeys in a dynamic outpatient or assisted living setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted PTA license in the state of Virginia
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in outpatient or geriatric settings is a plus
