Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 a year

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Practice

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
2. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
3. Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations
4. Educate patients on rehabilitation goals and safe home exercise routines
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating treatment environment

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of New Jersey
2. Graduate of an accredited PTA program
3. Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab settings preferred
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient-centered care
