Lymphwell is a fast-growing physical therapy clinic in Cedar Park, Texas, focused on specialty care for lymphedema, lipedema, post-surgical and chemotherapy-related edema, and wound care. We're currently hiring two Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) for key roles on our team.

We’re Hiring For:

  • Full-Time PTA – Licensed in Texas; strong clinical skills with a focus on personalized, high-quality patient care
  • Part-Time & PRN PTAs – Licensed in Texas; strong clinical skills with a focus on personalized, high-quality patient care. Flexible schedule 2-3 days per week

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist Physical Therapists with initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharges
  • Follow a written plan of care and deliver treatments such as:
    • Compression bandaging
    • Manual lymphatic drainage
    • Strength, mobility, and balance training
    • Garment fitting and patient education
  • Collect and document clinical data for assessments
  • Collaborate with medical assistants and equipment vendors

 

Schedules:

  • Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (30–60 min lunch)
  • Part-Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, with fill ins plus 1–2 Saturdays/month as needed
  • PRN: Flexible/as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas PTA license (required)
  • Experience with lymphedema or wound care preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (for Team Lead role)
