Work Environment

This position is onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in our well-equipped therapy department within the hospital. Key Responsibilities

• Execute physical therapy services as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and modify interventions based on team feedback and patient responses to treatment.
• Conduct thorough chart reviews, collaborating with Physical Therapists to integrate evaluations and treatment goals into practice.
• Utilize various therapeutic procedures and modalities, demonstrating expertise in patient handling techniques and safety protocols for maximum patient benefit.
• Document patient care activities meticulously in the electronic health record to maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, safety, and ongoing therapy requirements to enhance their understanding and compliance as they prepare for discharge.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and contribute to the care planning process.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes:
