You will work onsite in a dynamic hospital setting that provides an ideal backdrop for collaborative healthcare delivery. Our team is composed of skilled professionals who thrive in a culturally diverse and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and synergy. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life experience.
As an Orthopedic PTA, you will assist Physical Therapists in implementing comprehensive therapy plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs. Key responsibilities include:
Your role will primarily focus on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries such as total knee replacements, shoulder repairs, and repairing fractures. You will cater to a wide age range, from young adults to seniors, emphasizing not just rehabilitation, but also wellness and preventative care strategies tailored specifically to their needs.
