Key Responsibilities

• Implement customized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions to help patients enhance their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress, meticulously documenting findings and reporting any critical updates to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on appropriate exercises, care techniques, and lifestyle modifications to optimize their recovery journey at home.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and ready for use.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a PTA will involve working with a diverse group of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
