Work Environment

The work setting for this position is onsite within a warm, welcoming hospital environment. The collaboration with licensed Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and administrative staff cultivates a supportive atmosphere focused on shared patient goals. Our clinic offers flexible scheduling and emphasizes a positive work-life balance. You will typically work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing ample time for personal pursuits outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and modifying individualized treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, ensuring they align with best practices and patient goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy techniques that improve patient functionality and independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, reporting findings and changes in their condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide patient education on treatment regimen, self-care techniques, and at-home exercises to encourage active participation in their recovery journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized clinical environment to ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working closely with a diverse clientele, including post-operative patients, those recovering from injuries, and individuals with chronic conditions affecting mobility and daily activities. Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Holding an active PTA license in Missouri, or eligibility to obtain one prior to the start date, is a requirement.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of prior experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our practice. Compensation and Benefits

Infinix Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
