Our facility operates out of a state-of-the-art hospital in Independence, MO, where we specialize in orthopedic outpatient care. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work onsite within our hospital’s orthopedic outpatient office, equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and tools. Your schedule will offer flexibility, with options to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or to enjoy four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will be working primarily with orthopedic patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient volume is manageable, with 1-2 patients seen per hour, allowing for quality interactions and focused care. While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional specialization in manual therapy techniques, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy may stand out in the selection process. The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
