Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking to help patients regain mobility and independence? We are seeking a dedicated PTA to join our rehabilitation team in Texas, working alongside licensed Physical Therapists to provide exceptional care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the PT
• Instruct patients in proper exercises and use of equipment
• Support patient motivation and engagement throughout recovery
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Texas (required)
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
• Passionate about helping others reach their rehabilitation goals
