Integrated Talent Strategies is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for a Home Health opportunity in Tiffin, OH. This role offers an hourly wage and provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in patients' lives by delivering quality care in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in their homes.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their health and mobility.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a home health setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
