Full Time Physical Therapist Needed in Austin, Texas

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually

Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Assess each patient’s unique needs and design personalized treatment plans focused on achieving their recovery goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and restore functional movement.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Track patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize results.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery outside the clinic.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy to ensure the best care for every patient.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Experience treating acute and chronic conditions is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
