Physical Therapist
We are seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where clinical growth is supported and encouraged. You'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients ranging from adults to geriatrics, with a focus on orthopedics, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological conditions.

- Base Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
- One-on-one patient care model — sessions typically range from 40 to 60 minutes
- Steady and manageable caseload in a structured environment that values both patient outcomes and therapist satisfaction
Patient Population & Clinical Focus:
You'll work with a diverse and engaging patient base, primarily composed of adults and older adults. Our clinical care model centers around:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological conditions (e.g., post-stroke, Parkinson's, MS)
- Balance and vestibular disorders
- Dry needling (if certified or interested in pursuing certification)
Qualifications:
- Must hold a clear and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
- New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship is available
- Ideally, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Demonstrated strength in communication, collaboration, and patient education
- Passion for delivering high-quality, individualized care in a team-oriented practice
