Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Setting

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in Closter, NJ. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized treatment plans.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans to promote recovery.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methods, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and comfortable using EMR systems (WebPT preferred).
