Physical Therapist – Hands-On Role in a Collaborative Ortho Clinic | Fort Collins, CO

Join a patient-centered outpatient orthopedic clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado, as a Physical Therapist. This role focuses on assessing individuals and tailoring therapy strategies that support recovery and long-term mobility goals within a supportive clinical environment.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, plus full benefits

Key Functions:

• Provide direct care at a pace of 1–1.5 patients per hour

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized care plans

• Collaborate with referring physicians and care team members

• Guide Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring compliance with state practice acts

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records

• Support a cohesive, high-performing workplace atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate)

• Licensed to practice in Colorado or in the process of securing licensure

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to apply evidence-based methods

• WebPT experience is a plus
