Full-time Physical Therapist Position Needed

Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefit

Duties & Responsibilities:

Evaluates a patient's need for ortho physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
Provides high quality patient treatment including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, patient/family education and instruction, provision of safety procedures, and communication
Focuses on the prevention and treatment of functional disorders
Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises
Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
Valid state Physical Therapy license in the state
Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient setting
Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
Background and proficiency in treating health conditions,
Word processing and computer skills
