Salary:

• $100,000 - $120,000 per year plus full benefits

 
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, aiding recovery from injury, disease, or surgery
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans using diverse therapeutic methods
• Monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members
• Stay abreast of industry advancements through continuous learning and professional development

 
Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Valid DPT license in the state
• Strong communication and computer skills
• High adaptability and flexibility
• Prior work experience not required
