Full-Time Physical Therapist – Outpatient Position with Growth Potential

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Marco Island, FL. We believe in creating an environment where therapists can focus on what they do best—helping patients recover and regain mobility. With a steady caseload, structured hours, and a supportive team, this role is designed for long-term success.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What This Role Involves:

• Educate patients on rehabilitation and prevention strategies.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy and strength training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active or eligible Florida PT license.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
