Full-time Physical Therapist in Montebello, California

We’re searching for a full-time Physical Therapist in an Assisted Living Facility to join our growing team in CA. As part of our practice, you’ll be a key player in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Job Duties:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy techniques to restore function and prevent disability
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and track progress
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy treatments

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
