Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity – Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Park Ridge, NJ

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our established Orthopedic Outpatient practice in Park Ridge, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records using EMR systems.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist license (in good standing).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Experience with EMR systems, such as WebPT.
• No prior disciplinary or board actions on licensure.
