Full Time Physical Therapist needed at Rebuild Physical Therapy

We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. In this position, you will work closely with patients to improve their mobility and help them reach their optimal functional level. Your primary goal will be to enhance quality of life and movement through comprehensive strategies, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary Package: $90k to $115k per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Manual Therapy
• Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Promote healthy lifestyles focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state with a clean record.
• Skilled in manual therapy and exercise program design.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT.
