Join Our Compassionate Team as a Physical Therapist in Assisted Living

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our supportive, patient-centered team at our Assisted Living Facility. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (with full benefits included)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Location: West Portland Section in Portland, OR

Patient Load: 7 per day (35 per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to help alleviate pain, restore mobility, and improve overall quality of life.
  • Educate and guide families on home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapy license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software (WebPT preferred).
  • A strong commitment to patient care and professional ethics.
  • A clean and unblemished license history.
