Physical Therapist – Your Expertise, Their Independence

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

• Assess residents’ physical abilities and design therapy plans that inspire progress.
• Provide hands-on, individualized care to reduce discomfort and improve mobility.
• Partner with families to create home exercises that sustain progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with our dedicated healthcare team to support residents’ overall well-being.
• Document and celebrate the meaningful progress residents achieve.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
