• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary Package: $85k to $100k per year, plus full benefits

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and goals to create personalized treatment plans.
• Limit patient load to ensure focused, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Promote healthy lifestyles through tailored wellness programs.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state with a clean record
• Skilled in manual therapy and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
