Seeking Skilled Physical Therapist – Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team in an assisted living setting, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Your Role: As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will provide personalized care to assist residents in improving their mobility, managing pain, and achieving their highest possible level of independence. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 a year depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
