Overview of the Position: You will play a key part in evaluating and putting into practice individualized treatment plans for patients recuperating from a variety of illnesses.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Will Do:

• Assess patients’ functional capabilities to design customized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home care and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain precise documentation of treatment progress and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
