Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient in San Antonio, Texas

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and providing hands-on therapy to facilitate recovery.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address pain and mobility issues
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and home care strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical terminology in compliance with clinic standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients in both outpatient settings and home community care environments
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Master/ Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current Texas state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience with sports injuries, post-operative rehab, or chronic pain management preferred
