Job Description

Physical Therapist Wanted for Our Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic. In this position, you will conduct patient assessments, monitor progress through regular evaluations, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Your expertise will contribute to restoring patients' independence and enhancing their quality of life. We honor the privilege of working in a collaborative environment focused on healing.


Salary:
  •  $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients’ needs for orthopedic physical therapy and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver care aligned with physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards.
  • Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
  • Focus on preventing and treating functional disorders.
  • Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
  • Provide essential information to other medical professionals involved in patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Washington state Physical Therapy license.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
