Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor & Oncology

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to oncology patients presenting with a wide range of diagnoses, including pelvic floor conditions and general oncology-related impairments
- Treat pelvic floor conditions including stress urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, constipation, painful intercourse, pelvic pain, pre/post-op pelvic floor care, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vaginal stenosis, low anterior resection, and pudendal neuralgia
- Address general oncology PT needs such as low back pain, frozen shoulder, neuropathy, general strengthening, and range of motion deficits
- Manage approximately 7 patient visits per day
- Complete documentation in EPIC including evaluations, plan of care, short- and long-term goals, reassessments, and discharge summaries
- Provide patient and family education, home exercise programs, and safety and injury prevention instruction
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- CAPP-Pelvic or PRPC certification required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be in hand; no pending certifications accepted)
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation
- Experience in outpatient clinic, geriatrics, oncology, pelvic floor training, adaptive/assistive devices, strength testing, vital sign monitoring, pain assessment, and billing across multiple payer types
Preferred Experience / Skills
- OCS certification preferred
- Experience in cardiopulmonary, neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, or women's health settings; familiarity with conditions such as post-stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, TBI, or degenerative joint/disc disease
- Proficiency with modalities including biofeedback, e-stim, ultrasound, TENS, moist heat, and cryotherapy
- Experience with manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, spinal mobilization, extremity mobilization, and taping
