Physical Therapist – Needed in Sacramento, California
We are excited to announce that we have an open position for a Physical Therapist (PT) in our orthopedic rehabilitation center located in California. As the Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.
- Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and injury prevention education.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and collaboration skills
