The Physical Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role in the interdisciplinary patient care teams
This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients/families, and facilitates continuing care planning
The therapist participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities
The therapist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or equivalent
Area of study or major: Physical Therapy
Position-specific testing requirement: N/A
Current physical therapy license inthe State
Current CPR certification required at time of hire
No prior job-related work experienceis welcome
No Prior job title or occupational experienceis welcome
No other experience required

$100,000 to $120,000 a year plus full benefits.
