We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specialized in Orthopedic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be to provide quality care to clients in their home setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct client evaluation and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to implement therapeutic program to enhance and maintain client status
- Educate client and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- 3-5 years of clinical experience including internships or residencies, and professional practice.
- In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, including injuries, diseases, and disorders.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve function.
- Expertise in managing and alleviating pain through various therapeutic modalities.
