Physical Therapist

Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient in Modesto, California

We are seeking a skilled professional PT to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and helping patients regain mobility and confidence, this is the opportunity for you!

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and self-management techniques
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities
• Provide mentorship and guidance to PTAs, aides, or student interns as applicable

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California 
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience with sports injuries, post-operative rehab, or chronic pain management preferred
