Location: Norfolk, Virginia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and work with the residents of a senior living community that offers assisted living care settings. Therapy services for the residents at this community are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.
Our Assisted Living Facility in Virginia is seeking a skilled PT to join our rehabilitation team. Help residents regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance their overall well-being through personalized therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate residents' physical capabilities and identify therapy goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further decline.
Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with facility regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Virginia PT license in good standing.
Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric care preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
