Our practice primarily caters to patients with private medical insurance and operates from an advanced 5000 square feet sports medicine facility. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Recognize and fulfill the goals and needs of patients effectively.
Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient care.
Offer cost-effective treatments aimed at improving clients' motion and mobility.
Minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives.
Develop care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques.
Customize fitness and wellness programs to cater to patients' specific requirements.
Provide quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Collaborate and work with other healthcare professionals.
Evaluate treatment effects, monitor progress, and maintain open communication.
Document the services provided for patient care.
Qualifications:
Completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program
Possesses an active Physical Therapist license in Washington, DC
No instances of board actions or disciplinary measures recorded on the license.
Demonstrates exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques.
Displays proficiency in designing and executing exercise programs.
Knowledgeable in using EMR Software, including WebPT.
