About the PositionZack Group is currently seeking Physical Therapy - PT Physical Therapy’s for positions in Carlinville, Illinois. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a 3x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 position in the Physical Therapy - PT. Must have an active License in hand and have at least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience as a Physical Therapy .
Requirements
• Current Resume
• Active or Pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
