Physical Therapist (PT) - School - (PT - School)

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Algonquin, IL school district to hire a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Generally, the PT will conduct assessments, build and execute effective treatment plans, and educate students to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore function. Responsibilities for this role include: • Partner with the district as a member of a collaborative team to help students restore and maintain their physical functions. • Screen and evaluate students referred to Physical Therapy treatment. • Appropriately collect data, report findings. • Diagnose movement dysfunction and create personalized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, improve movement, and restore function. • Provide evidence-based direct and consultative therapy services as required. • Maintain accurate documentation and billing per district and state standards. • Participate on a collaborative team and maintain clear communication with teachers, district staff, and families regarding student treatment.
