Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient histories and assessments, establishing a clear understanding of each client's needs and circumstances.
Develop detailed treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring educational components are integrated to offer a clear path forward for rehabilitation.
Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient assessments, continually adapting strategies as health care practices evolve.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, documenting any changes in patient status and adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Manage discharge planning meticulously, ensuring a straightforward transition for clients, and completing thorough documentation of patient care activities.
Maintain an organized schedule, uphold productivity standards while engaging in marketing initiatives to enhance community outreach for the facility.
Encourage a culture of continuous education by acting as a mentor for aspiring physical therapists, sharing knowledge, and facilitating student supervision.
Provide exemplary customer service, promoting a supportive atmosphere for clients to facilitate access to care and addressing barriers as they arise.

A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is necessary for this position.
Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.
While prior clinical experience is advantageous, we welcome applications from recent graduates eager to start their careers in physical therapy.
Although not required, any previous experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings or internships during training will be viewed positively. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an added asset that will enhance efficiency in managing patient care documentation.
Annual compensation is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
