Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' physical functionality and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities, including heat therapy and electrical stimulation, as part of patient treatment protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and coping strategies during their recovery journey.
• Monitor patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on individual advancements and challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide cohesive care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Accurately document patient records, including initial assessments, treatment interventions, and progress updates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Your hard work will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 – $120,000 annually, alongside a suite of comprehensive benefits, including:
